These alkaline, manganese dioxide batteries are great for use with tape recorders, transistor radios, toys, clocks and other electronic equipment. Each C battery frequently lasts more than twice as long as the same-size, carbon-zinc battery, depending on type of use. Cylindrical battery has flat terminals. Nominal voltage is 1.5 volts.
