Creative Cut-Ups Fanciful Flowers are hands-on projects that encourage creativity, imagination and open-ended play in formats that offer parents ease, convenience and affordability. These pads are made with heavyweight paper and contain easy-to-follow instructions. To create, children simply cut out the designs and assemble using glue or tape. Projects take between 15 and 45 minutes to complete, depending on the design.
