This mold makes 11 roses at one time.  Each rose measures 1 5/8' x 1 3/8' x 1/2'.  Makes about 36 pieces per lb.  These make very pretty cupcake toppers or embellishments on cakes.  Makes lovely favors for weddings, showers, birthdays, etc.  This mold should not be used to make hard candy- use it for chocolate only!
