What is this product? PCS is a very unique product. Like all moisturizers it has a low pH (acidic) and does a lot more than just neutralize ammonia and other alkali in hair treatment. More info: We strongly recommend the use of PCS after every hair color treatment, bleach or perm, and daily use as a hair styling tool to prevent color fadeout due to the sun, environmental conditions and residual peroxide. Pour 1/4 to 1/2oz. 20 or 30 volume liquid peroxide into a glass and add 5-6 drops of PCS. Immediately you will see bubbles form on surface indicative of peroxide breaking down to water and air (bubbles).
