In part: 'Brando hereby indemnifies Barrett and Petra and holds each of them harmless from and against any loss of financial or other support benefits resulting from the nonperformance by Clavell of his Support Obligations. On receiving notice from Barrett that Clavell has failed to meet any Support Obligation as a result of the initiation and prosecution of the Proceedings, Brando will promptly commence making the payments and providing the other benefits required of Clavell.'
