This THEODORE ROOSEVELT & WILLIAM TAFT SIGNED 16X20 MAY 1907 DOCUMENT PSA/DNA #V07942 has been certified authentic. This is a 16x20 one page appointment that has been signed by both Theodore Roosevelt and William Taft. The document has been matted to an overall size of 20x24. Taft was the Secretary of State at the time this document was signed. Roosevelt appoints Francis B. Upham as _First Lieutenant in the Artillery Corps._ It has the blue seal affixed to the lower left. There is a repaired horizontal tear to the lower thid of the document. It will include the PSA/DNA numbered hologram and matching Certificate of Authenticity.
