Comedy king Stephen Chow stars in Hail the Judge , a send-up of the popular Judge Pao stories that have been adapted numerous times to television and movies. Stephen Chow is Judge Pao's corrupt descendant, a money-grubbing Imperial judge who'll trade justice for cash. But he has a change of heart when rape victim Sharla Cheung Man is framed for the murder of her entire family. Chow comes to her aid, but is pursued by the local magistrates for his corruption. It isn't until he befriends the Emperor, and perfects the martial art of cursing that he can bring justice back to his name!
