The hilarious comedy All for the Winner introduced us to Sing (Stephen Chow), who could use his psychic abilities to destroy his opponents at gambling. Sing has decided to take a trip around the world, but Uncle Tat (Ng Man Tat) gets squeezed by Taiwanese triads, and needs to find a replacement on the gambling green. His solution: to recruit the Queen of Gambling, a fishmonger named Fanny (Carol Cheng). Known as a legendary gambler, she's really just an accomplished cheat.
