Kenneth Ma steps into the big shoes of Adam Cheng in TVB's 2016 period comedy-drama Rogue Emperor , a remake of the 1981 classic The Misadventure of Zoo . Ma takes on the famous role of Chu Gam Chun, a poor villager whose desire to earn money to marry his childhood sweetheart sends him down an unexpected road full of adventures and remarkable turns of fate. Returning to TVB for her first drama in three years, Niki Chow ( A Change of Heart ) plays Gam Chun's kind neighbor and object of affection, Yung Yung, for whom he will go far and wide.
