Now You See Love... Now You Don't in Alex Law's early 90s Hong Kong romance starring Chow Yun Fat and Carol Cheng! The stars flex their natural charms in the screwball comedy about the cultural and romantic clash between a country bumpkin and a city gal. Ng (Chow Yun Fat) is the proud chief of a conservative rural village in Hong Kong's New Territories. His childhood sweetheart Firefly (Carol Cheng), who migrated years ago, returns from abroad to see him but the two are no longer of the same world. The breakup motivates Ng to venture into the city, learn new things, make changes and even get a new girlfriend.
