Writer-director Patrick Kong rolls out the stars and the sketches for the 2018 Chinese New Year comedy A Beautiful Moment ! While Kong's films tend to depict the relationship troubles of the younger generation, this Lunar New Year entry upgrades the star power with veteran headliners Simon Yam and Carina Lau, who play former lovers that meet up again under unexpected circumstances. Real estate tycoon Simon (Simon Yam) is an unrepentant playboy and lifelong bachelor who has had more girlfriends than he can count.
