Ma Dong Seok ( The Outlaws ) and Kim Sang Joong ( The Day He Arrives ), who co-starred in the 2014 OCN police crime thriller Bad Guys , team up again for the series' spin-off movie The Bad Guys: Reign of Chaos ! Directed by Son Yong Ho ( The Deal ), the crime action film also has Kim Ah Joong ( Steal My Heart ) and rising TV actor Jang Ki Yong ( Search: WWW ) in his silver-screen debut. Kang Ye Won ( Watching ), Kim Hye Yoon ( Memoir of a Murderer ) and Jo Dong Hyuk ( Love At The End of The World ) also make special appearances in the movie. The Bad Guys: Reign of Chaos begins with a car accident involving a prisoner convoy, and dangerous criminals escape from custody. In order to hunt the fugitives down, the police again forms a top secret special investigation team with mad dog detective Oh Gu Tak (Kim Sang Joong) and gangster Park Woong Chul (Ma Dong Seok). They are joined by two new members swindler Kwak No Soon (Kim Ah Joong) and former detective Ko Yoo Sung (Jang Ki Yong).
