Six years after The Neighbors , Ma Dong Seok and Kim Sae Ron reunite as teacher and student in Ordinary People . Directed by Lim Jin Soon ( Super Star ), the mystery thriller uses a moderately comedic way to raise awareness of people's indifference towards missing person cases. Besides Ma Dong Seok and Kim Sae Ron, Lee Sang Yeob ( Ex-Files ) and Jang Gwang ( The Great Battle ) also appear in the film. Former boxing coach Yeok Gi Chul (Ma Dong Seok) gets temporarily assigned to teach physical education in a countryside village school. He feels that the school atmosphere and the students' attitudes are extremely weird. No one seems to question or care about what happened to their missing classmate Han Soo Yeon. Meanwhile, Soo Yeon's best friend Kang Yoo Jin (Kim Sae Ron), who believes her friend was kidnapped, nearly gets attacked during her own investigation. After Gi Chul saves Yoo Jin, the two team up to uncover the mysterious missing person case.
