The 1989 classic Just Heroes gathers some of Hong Kong cinema's most legendary names both in front of and behind the camera. The crime drama is co-directed by John Woo and Wu Ma and produced by Chang Cheh and Tsui Hark. David Chiang, Danny Lee and Chen Kuan Tai play brothers who are thrown into conflict after their father, a triad leader, is killed. With the killer at large and a traitor in the midst, the brothers struggle over control of the organization and revenge for their father. A young Stephen Chow co-stars as a triad underling with plans of his own. Also in the cast are Wu Ma, Tien Niu, Cally Kwong, James Wong and a long list of Shaw Brothers veterans, including Ti Lung, Gu Feng, Ngok Wah, Fung Hak On, Lo Lieh, Lau Kar Wing, Paul Chun and Yuen Woo Ping.
