Hamabe Minami and Kitamura Takumi, the breakout stars of the 2017 blockbuster Let Me Eat Your Pancreas , reunite in the youth romance Love Me, Love Me Not . The film is based on the shojo manga Omoi, Omoware, Furi, Furare by Sakisaki Io, whose Strobe Edge and Blue Spring Ride have also been turned into blockbuster live-action teen romances. Hamabe Minami and Kitamura Takumi are joined by Akaso Eiji ( Kamen Rider Build ) and newcomer Fukumoto Riko, the winner of the 8th Toho Cinderella Audition, for this love story about four confused high school students from Blue Spring Ride director Miki Takahiro. Yamamoto Akari (Hamabe Minami) is very outgoing but not good at expressing her emotions.
