Directed by Lee Chang Min ( Birth of a Beauty ) and written by Yoon Hyun Ho ( The Attorney ), SBS drama Remember: War of the Son unveils the dark side of the judicial system through the story of a distraught lawyer defending his father who is on death row. Yoo Seung Ho ( Missing You ) takes the leading role of a talented lawyer with photographic memory. The legal melodrama also co-stars Park Min Young ( Healer ) as a prosecutor striving for justice, Park Sung Woong ( Hidden Identity ) as a former mob lawyer, and Nam Gung Min ( Beautiful Gong Shim ) as a psychotic chaebol heir whose younger sister is played by Jung Hye Sung ( Love in the Moonlight ). The legal thriller brought Yoo Seung Ho his first acting prize since his military discharge at the 2016 SBS Drama Awards, where Park Sung Woong was also recognized with the Special Acting Award. Seo Jin Woo (Yoo Seung Ho) is a high school student with an exceptional memory. After losing his mother and elder brother in a car accident many years ago, he lives a peaceful life with his father. One day, a dead body is found and his father is wrongfully convicted of murder. Suffering from Alzheimer's disease, he is unable to prove himself innocent and eventually sentenced to death. Jin Woo vows to prove his father's innocence and becomes Korea's youngest lawyer. However, ahead of him is a tough fight against corruption, betrayal and his own deteriorating health.
