Never underestimate the power of Keyboard Warriors ! Michael Sit, who first found notoriety with a popular serialized novel published on Hong Kong's Golden Forum, makes his directorial debut with a suspense comedy-drama that celebrates the internet geek community. Packed with local jokes and references, the dynamic film is inspired by a real-life incident in which three boxes of banknotes dropped out of an armored transport vehicle on December Eve 2014, and over HK$15 million went missing. Stephy Tang ( The Empty Hands ) stars as a sullen police officer alongside the new-generation cast of Sing Lam ( Weeds on Fire ), Neo Yau ( She Remembers, He Forgets ), Larine Tang ( The Yuppie Fantasia 3 ) and TVB actress Grace Chan ( Captain of Destiny ) in her film debut. Containers of cash fall out of an armored van onto the road and people make a mad scramble to pick up the windfall. Off-duty officer Nancy (Stephy Tang) happens to be the first at the scene and gets put in charge of the case. While the police investigate the incident and try to recover the lost money, another investigation builds online. Unemployed buddies and full-time netizens Jay (Sing Lam) and Ang (Neo Yau), who witnessed the incident, set up a vigilante team with fellow Golden Forum users to search for the unaccounted cash. Working more efficiently than even the police, the team successfully traces and exposes the digital footprints of different money-grabbers. However, as the search continues, they uncover bigger and darker secrets surrounding the incident, which may not be an accident after all.
