Produced by Secret Love screenwriter Choi Ho Chul and director Jang Joon Ho ( The Invincible Lady Cha ), fantasy melodrama Time stars Girls' Generation member Seo Hyun as the cheerful and positive Seol Ji Hyun, who has been the breadwinner of her family since she was young. She gives up college to support her younger sister's tuition fee. However, her sister is found dead in an apparent suicide. Suspicious of the truth behind her sister's death, Ji Hyun later discovers that chaebol Cheon Soo Ho (Kim Jung Hyun, Welcome to Waikiki ) and his fianc Eun Chae Ah (Hwang Seung Eon, I'm Not a Robot ) are actually involved in the incident. Though Cheon Soo Ho did not murder Ji Hyun's sister, he still feels guilty about unintentionally ruining her life. He decides to do everything he can to help Ji Hyun out before he passes away from cancer.
