Anime production firm Production I.G. ( Ghost in the Shell , Blood: The Last Vampire ) established a new subsidiary named Wit Studio, and it is making its debut with an adaptation of Attack on Titan . The sci-fi epic takes place in an alternate Earth in which a humanoid race named Titans have taken over the world and forced humanity to live behind a system of walls. 100 years later, the Titans disrupt the uneasy balance by destroying an important part of the wall. The anime adaptation of Attack on Titan is co-directed by Araki Tetsuro, who also co-directed the Death Note , Guilty Crown and High School of the Dead . This edition includes a booklet and two posters.
