It's been a while since Joanna Wang's acclaimed 2009 album Joanna & Wang Ruo-Lin , and this year she's back with some exciting new releases! Earlier this summer, the stylish singer-songwriter from Taiwan released her self-produced English-language experimental album called Bernie no Daibouken (a.k.a. The Adventures of Bernie the Schoolboy ) in Japan. Meanwhile, she has also recorded this bilingual cover album titled The Things We Do For Love . Powered by her passion for singing, the highly anticipated double-disc album is comprised of one disc of English cover songs (including three acoustic tracks) and the other of beloved Chinese numbers. The Mandarin songs Joanna chose to cover are Teresa Teng's Repay, Anita Mui's Intimate Lover, Kay Huang's Dinner for Three, Sarah Chen's A Lifetime of Waiting, and Tarcy Su's version of Lemon Tree .
