Directed by Yuen Chun Man ( Forbidden Arsenal ), the 1991 Hong Kong action film Bullet for Hire stars Jacky Cheung, Simon Yam, Shaw Brothers actor Lo Lieh and Taiwanese martial artist Dick Wei as hired guns of a hitman organization. Hon (Simon Yam) and Ngok (Lo Lieh) are experienced professional killers, but Ngok's skills are deteriorating with age. The head (Dick Wei) of their group finds a young man with no family, Shan (Jacky Cheung), and assigns him to Ngok to train into an assassin. During one particular job, Ngok fakes his own death. He steals secret files from the organization and hands them to Interpol in exchange for immigration to the U.S. However, Hong, Shan and other members of the organization catch up with him.
