A group of passionate doctors get on a Hospital Ship to save lives on remote islands. Ha Ji Won ( The Time We Were Not in Love ) takes on her first doctor role as a talented but unsociable surgeon in the MBC medical drama, which earned her the Top Excellence Award at the 36th MBC Drama Awards. Apart from the actress, the drama's hospital ship crew includes CNBLUE's Kang Min Hyuk ( Entertainer ), Lee Seo Won ( The Liar and His Lover ) and Kim In Sik ( Monster ). One day, her mother goes to the hospital for a check-up and calls Eun Jae. Believing that her mother must have brought another patient, Eun Jae tells her mother to return to the island. Later, she learns that her mother has collapsed. After her mother's death, Eun Jae transfers to a hospital ship and embarks on her life-saving journey with physician Kwak Hyun (Kang Min Hyuk), traditional medicine doctor Kim Jae Geol (Lee Seo Won) and dentist Cha Joon Young (Kim In Sik).
