Based on a true story, the sequel to Operation Chromite rewinds to the day before the Battle of Incheon and follows the mission of a group of student soldiers portrayed by SHINee's Choi Min Ho ( Illang: The Wolf Brigade ), Kim Sung Cheol ( Kim Ji Young, Born 1982 ) and Kwak Si Yang ( The Witness ). Kim Myung Min ( VIP ) plays the task force commander, while Megan Fox ( Above the Shadows ) stars as an American news reporter, a character inspired by Marguerite Higgins and Margaret Bourke-White. During the Korean War in 1950, a group of unknown heroes sacrificed their lives for the country on the day before the Battle of Incheon. Commander Lee Myung Joon (Kim Myung Min) and his guerrilla army unit of 772 inexperienced student soldiers head to the Jangsari for a feint operation. Despite having only two weeks of training, the soldiers, with an average age of only 17, won't go down easily. They struggle to fight in a shower of bullets and pave the way for Operation Chromite.
