Besides the two leads, Voice of Silence also co-stars child actors Moon Seung Ah and Lee Ga Eun. Tae In (Yoo Ah In), who lost his voice, works with Chang Bok (Yoo Jae Myung) for a crime organization to clean up crime scenes. One day, their superior assigns them a simple task to take care of an 11-year-old kidnapped girl named Cho Hee (Moon Seung Ah) and bring her to a designated place the next day. However, the two later realize that their superior has been killed, and more unfortunate events soon follow.
