Supercop Ying Xiong (Mark Chao) returns! The relentless pursuer of justice, whose story was first told on the mega-hit 2009 TV series, is back for a second go-around on the big screen in Black & White: The Dawn Of Justice , again directed by Tsai Yueh Hsun. This time, he's paired with Chen Zhen (Lin Gengxin, Young Detective Dee: Rise of the Sea Dragon ), a smart-alecky detective from Harbor City's eastern district. Soon after meeting for the first time, the reluctant makeshift partners run into Ying Xiong's old friend, small-time crook Xu Da Fu (Huang Bo, Breakup Buddies ) now strapped to a bomb. The three find themselves thrust in a terrorist plot masterminded by the frighteningly nihilistic Lan Xi En (Tsai Yueh Hsun). This is the 2D version of the film.
