Gambling is in Fatty Hung's blood. Although his card-shark grandfather met his end at the point of a gun barrel in a mafia-run casino, Fatty is nonetheless determined to strike it rich at cards. Unfortunately, he doesn't seem to have inherited his ancestor's talent for the game. Instead, Fatty and his friend Hoi resort to scamming the local gangsters out of their cash. But when their scheming inevitably backfires, Fatty is given twenty-four hours to pay the triads one million dollars, or else Hoi pays the ultimate penalty. Fortunately for Fatty, his grandfather's ghost is eager is get back at the mobsters who did him in, and agrees to help his descendent clean out the gambling dens.
