The swindling trio of Nagasawa Masami, Higashide Masahiro and Kohinata Fumiyo return for the second feature film of the Confidence Man JP series. While the last film brought them to Hong Kong, Episode of the Princess takes them to Malaysia for another huge con job. Again directed by Tanaka Ryo, this installment is particularly star-studded with the addition of Taiwan actress Vivian Hsu, GENERATIONS from EXILE TRIBE member Shirahama Alan, Furukawa Yuta, Sekimizu Nagisa and Hamada Gaku, and the return of series regulars like Eguchi Yusuke, Hirosue Ryoko, Maeda Atsuko and Namase Katsuhisa. The late Miura Haruma and Takeuchi Yuko, who co-starred in the first film, also appear in Episode of the Princess . One of the world's richest men Raymond Fu suddenly passes away, leaving behind a ten trillion yen estate. Siblings Bridget (Vivian Hsu), Andrew (Shirahama Alan) and Christopher (Furukawa Yuta) assume that they are the heirs to the fortune, but butler Tony announces that the heir is the secret daughter Michelle, whom no one knew about! As the search for Michelle continues, swindlers from around the world also flock to the island of Langkawi. Dako (Nagasawa Masami), Boku-chan (Higashide Masahiro) and Richard (Kohinata Fumiyo) begin to set up a con game for the Fu family fortune.
