Luo Jin and Li Yitong star in the 2019 period drama Royal Nirvana , based on a novel by Xue Man Liang Yuan. Luo Jin plays lonely Crown Prince Xiao Dingquan, whose precarious position estranges him from his father and puts him at odds with those who seek power. Li Yitong plans Lu Wenxi, the daughter of Dingquan's imprisoned teacher. She goes undercover as a maid to secretly approach the Crown Prince. The soundtrack for Royal Nirvana includes the theme song Chu Chen performed by Jin Zhiwen and the Xiao Dingquan character image song Fang He Tu performed by Charlie Zhou.
