Directed by A.T., sci-fi action fantasy Cutie Honey: Tears reboots the origin story of the android superheroine. In the near future, the world is determined by AI, and society is highly stratified between the rich and the poor. While the wealthy live in reckless comfort in the upper levels, the poor below are exposed to dangerous polluted rain. One day, an android falls from the upper levels to a lower level.
