Written and directed by Quek Shio Chuan, the 2018 Malaysian drama Guang won Best New Director, Best New Actor, Best Cinematography and Best Art Direction at the 30th Malaysia Film Festival. It was also selected for the Shanghai International Film Festival and Fukuoka International Film Festival. Guang is adapted from Quek's previous short film which won the grand prize at the 2011 BMW Shorties. Featuring television stars Kyo Chen, Ernest Chong and Emily Chan, the moving film depicts the struggles and relationship of an autistic young man and his brother. Wen Guang (Kyo Chen) is on the autism spectrum and has trouble with concentration and social interactions. Despite this, his younger brother Didi (Ernest Chong) has been trying his best to help him find a job. However, Guang keeps getting distracted or causing problems, which makes Didi feel angry and helpless. One day, Didi hears music coming from Guang's room and realizes his older brother's hidden talent. This edition comes with trailer and making-of features.
