William Chan ( Triad ) takes the leading role as an aspiring director whose wild-goose search for a songwriter, played by Nicholas Tse, brings him from Beijing to the desert and Hawaii. Former Girls' Generation member Jessica Jung co-stars as his girlfriend in her film debut, while The Love of Happiness co-star Tina Tang joins him for unexpected adventures on the road. Korean star Seo In Guk, Gillian Chung, Sun Yi and Happy Camp hosts He Jiong and Du Haitao also make cameo appearances in the film. Hardheaded film editor Jiang Yang (William Chan) wants to become a director, but his dream and stubborness create misunderstandings in his relationship with girlfriend Qian Qian (Jessica Jung). Meanwhile, his protege Xiao Yan (Tina Tang) mistakenly places copyrighted music into the final cut of a film, and now they have to find the songwriter to get permission before the film opens. Both nearing rock bottom, Jiang Yang and Xiao Yan end up on a crazy journey together to find the elusive songwriter.
