Soi Cheang's grisly and gritty crime thriller Limbo has picked up scores of accolades including Best Film at the 28th Hong Kong Film Critics Society Awards, Best Screenplay and Art Direction at the 40th Hong Kong Film Awards, and Best Adapted Screenplay, Cinematography, Visual Effects and Art Direction at the 59th Golden Horse Film Awards. Gordon Lam ( Hand Rolled Cigarette ) and Mason Lee ( Who Killed Cock Robin ) form a veteran-rookie duo of troubled cops investigating a serial murder case.
