He Bai Wei (Sean Chang) is a humble university student and delivery worker who lives with his grandmother. On the eve of the new millennium, he is suddenly transported in time to the year 2022 where he takes on the new identity of Tai Che Ni. Because of a delivery order, he crosses paths with Hai Yi (Linus Wang), the heir to the Haishen Department Store group, thus beginning a fated love that spans 22 years. Meanwhile, Haishen GM Liang Wen Shan (Anson Chen) likes to listen to a certain song whenever he feels troubled. The song's owner is the person he wants to protect most.
