Part of PTS's Life Story series, the Taiwan television film Moon Girl follows a young woman's journey to understanding herself after an unexpected pregnancy. Han Ning from the Detention TV series stars as Xiao Xi (Han Ning), a college student busy with school work and experiencing the various aspects of life. She had an abortion in the past, but continued with her daily life afterwards as if nothing happened. However, that memory of losing a part of herself is hidden deep with her. Because of another unplanned pregnancy, Xiao Xi begins to have dreams again.
