Helmed by Between The Knees and Eoudong director Lee Jang Ho, the classic romance drama A Fine, Windy Day depicts the lives of three teenagers and their heart-aching love stories. The film won Best Director, Best New Actor (Ahn Sung Ki) and Best Adapted Screenplay at the Daejong Film Awards in 1980. Lee Jang Ho was also honored with the Grand Prize at the Baeksang Arts Awards. Deok Bae (Ahn Sung Ki), Choon Sik (Lee Yeong Ho) and Gil Nam (Kim Seong Chan), who used to live in the countryside, head to Seoul to make a living. At the same time, they all get drawn into sorrowful relationships. Cheerful country girl Choon Soon (Lim Ye Jin) falls for Deok Bae, but he mistakenly thinks upper-class girl Myung Hee (Yu Ji In) has a crush on him.
