Writer-turned-director Han Han reunites with Shen Teng and Yin Zheng, who starred in his last film Pegasus , for the 2022 comedy-drama Only Fools Rush In ! The two comedy regulars are joined on the road trip of a lifetime by new-generation stars Liu Haoran ( Detective Chinatown ) and Liu Haocun ( Cliff Walkers ). Abandoned by his prodigal father (Shen Teng), loner youth Wu Renyao (Liu Haoran) lives on a small island with his grandmother. His dream is to find a job related to motorcycles. While pursuing Huansong (Liu Haocun), Renyao meets her brother Huange (Yin Zheng) and joins his racing team Undefeated Legend. Although they're anything but undefeated, Renyao has at least finally found a friend. However, an accident suddenly leaves Renyao and Huange with a huge debt. The two have no choice but to leave home and try their luck in the city. As they set out on a journey into the unknown, unexpected opportunities, encounters and crossroads await.
