Hong Kong comedy queen Sandra Ng makes her directorial debut with Goldbuster ! Produced by Peter Chan, the horror comedy follows the hilarious antics revolving around the tenants of a building that may be haunted. Sandra Ng teams up with popular Chinese comedians Shen Teng ( Goodbye Mr. Loser ), Yue Yunpeng ( Buddies in India ) and Pan Binlong, as well as Zhang Yi ( Dearest ), Jiao Junyan ( Medical Examiner Dr. Qin ), internet celebrity Papi Jiang and fellow Hong Kong veterans Francis Ng and Alex Fong Chung Sun, for this eclectic laughfest. Sandwiched between a construction site and a luxury estate, the Prestige Garden residence building has long fallen into disrepair. The building's tenants include a traditional medicine herbalist and his son, two married aspiring inventors, a wannabe iInternet star and two ex-gangsters in hiding. These tenants don't dare to leave their dilapidated building in fear that they will be forced from their homes by unscrupulous real estate developers. One night, strange and terrifying things begin to happen at Prestige Garden. The tenants decide to hire master exorcist Ling (Sandra Ng) to bust the ghosts and some laughs!
