Michael Hui writes, directs and stars in the 1984 Hong Kong classic Teppanyaki ! The comedy legend is Johnny, a penniless and hen-pecked teppanyaki chef who works for his father-in-law (Lo Hoi Pang). Years of being abused by his wife and father-in-law have left Johnny and his grandfather with little dignity to speak of. One day, Johnny meets Sissy (Sally Yeh) and feels love for the first time.
